Yevhen Fedchenko is the co-founder and Chief Editor at StopFake.org, a fact-checking website and leading hub on Russian disinformation. He is the Director of the Mohyla School of Journalism at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Ukraine, where his scholarly interests include information wars, propaganda, digital journalism, journalism education in transitional societies and news standards. This year, Fedchenko is a hybrid scholar with the Center for Media at Risk and was previously a Fulbright Visiting Professor at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. His commentary on Ukrainian politics, media literacy and disinformation can be found in numerous outlets, including The New York Times, Mashable, the BBC and NPR.
